With over seven years of experience in dentistry, a strong background in customer service, and currently completing an MBA in Healthcare Management, she is dedicated to ensuring the practice consistently delivers the highest standard of care within a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Bethany leads on practice strategy, patient experience, and practice operational management, supporting the clinical and non-clinical team to deliver seamless care from the first point of contact through to treatment completion. She is also a key point of contact for patients, coordinating treatment journeys, managing appointments, and ensuring every individual feels informed, supported, and reassured throughout their experience.
Alongside her management responsibilities, Bethany is actively involved in treatment coordination and patient communication. She takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with patients, with a particular focus on helping nervous individuals feel comfortable and confident in their care. Her warm, professional, and approachable manner helps create a calm and positive experience for patients of all ages.
Outside of the practice, Bethany enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking with her dogs, attending local horse show jumping events, and spending time with family and friends. As part of a family-run practice, she is proud to work alongside her father and to contribute to a patient-focused ethos built on trust, quality, and continuity of care.
